Andrew Schroeder

Andrew has a varied background across multiple property types, property rights, and complexities related to land, office, retail, mixed-use facilities, multifamily, and industrial properties, and portfolios. These projects include undeveloped sites, existing structures, proposed construction, and/or properties undergoing renovation.  Andrew’s valuations have been used for tax appeals, estates, financing, condemnation, and due diligence support.  His clients include a variety of local, regional, and national lenders, as well as accountants, brokers, property owners and occupants, corporations, lawyers, local municipalities, and REITs. Qualifications

US Solar Value, Senior Appraiser, Denver, CO (2023 – Present).

Senior-level appraiser working for a real estate valuation and counseling practice specializing in solar and renewable energy installations and green/sustainable property appraisals.  Client base includes banks, insurance companies, federal, state, local governments, attorneys, and many others. Qualified as expert witness in federal and district courts and for IRS Hearings.

Newmark, First Vice President, Denver, CO (2019-2023).Senior-level appraiser working for an existing commercial real estate appraisal firm.  Duties include client procurement, market research and analysis, and writing appraisal reports involving a variety of commercial real estate property types.

Pacific Coast Valuation, Director, Denver, CO (2018-2019).Senior-level appraiser expanding the existing footprint of a commercial real estate appraisal firm.  Duties included client procurement, market research and analysis, report-writing, and organization of business income, expenses, and taxes.

Colliers International, Valuation Services Director, Seattle, WA (2010-2016).Primary tasks were appraisal procurement and review and appraising a multitude of commercial real estate property types across a broad geographic area.

PGP Valuation, Appraisal Trainee Seattle, WA (2006-2009).Hired as a research assistant responsible for research and report organization of commercial real estate properties for four existing senior team members.  Primary duties included conducting market research and property due diligence on a wide range of commercial real estate.
