Andrea Wiley

Andrea manages project workflow and client relations and oversees all financial needs of the company. Additionally, Andrea maintains the USSV database of appraised renewable assets for the purpose of sales comparison and reporting. Andrea has completed coursework in Energy Economics from MIT and is currently working toward becoming an Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) with a focus on Machinery and Technical Specialties (expected completion: June 2024). Andrea is an active member of the Northeast Energy Commerce Association (NECA) and the Women’s Energy Network (WEN) as she works to stay at the forefront of important topics in renewable energy. Qualifications

Director of Operations, Boston, MA (2021-Present)

Following over a decade in International Higher Education, Andrea joined US Solar Value in 2021. As Director of Operations, Andrea manages project workflow and client relations and oversees all financial needs of the company. Additionally, Andrea maintains the USSV database of appraised renewable assets for the purpose of sales comparison and reporting.

Andrea is working toward becoming an Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) with a focus on Machinery and Technical Specialties (expected completion: June 2024). As an appraiser-in-training, Andrea participates in the Discounted Cash Flow analysis for each USSV assignment and reviews client documents for due diligence and report writing. Andrea maintains all state and national market energy write ups for USSV and manages appraisal templates. 

Andrea Previously held roles at Babson College, EF Education First, and CIEE: The Council on International Education.

APPRAISAL HIGHLIGHTS:

Participated in 100+ appraisals totaling over 300MW in production capacity.
- Completed portfolio appraisal assignments in Washington DC, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and New York.
- Reviews innovative solar module technologies with high production capacity for appraisal analysis.
